01. 처리 주체와 문의
Hallyusuperstore Limited가 포카볼트 개인정보 처리를 담당하며 씨에스트레이딩 한국 고객지원에서 개인정보 문의를 접수합니다. 본 방침은 poca-vault.com에 적용됩니다. 별도 한류슈퍼스토어·로그인·결제 제공자 서비스에는 해당 제공자의 방침도 적용됩니다.
02. 수집 항목과 출처
Shopify 로그인에서 고객 식별자·이메일·인증 정보를 받습니다. 사용하는 기능에 따라 표시 이름·고객번호·입고 신청, 카드 사진·검수·보관·판매 등록·교환 제안, 배송 수령인·주소·전화·Hallyu4U 식별정보, 주문·결제·환불·포인트·고객지원 기록을 처리합니다. 서버·브라우저·호스팅 제공자는 접속·오류·보안 관련 기술 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다. 포카볼트는 로그인 비밀번호나 전체 결제 카드번호·보안코드를 직접 입력받아 보관하지 않습니다.
03. 이용 목적과 공개 범위
계정 확인·입고 소유자 매칭·보관·판매 등록·선택한 결제와 배송·환불·중복 처리 방지·부정 거래 및 분쟁 대응에 이용합니다. 필요한 정보를 제공하지 않으면 해당 기능을 이용하지 못할 수 있지만 정책과 공개 상품은 로그인 없이 볼 수 있습니다. 공개 판매자 정보에는 별칭을 사용하며 창고번호·실명·연락처·비공개 입고사진을 게시하지 않습니다.
04. 서비스 제공자와 전달
Shopify는 인증·저장 주소와 해당 Shopify 주문을, Fly.io는 서버·데이터 저장을 지원합니다. 주소 추천·검증을 사용하면 검색 문구·주소가 Google Maps Platform으로 전달됩니다. 선택한 Stripe·PayPal 또는 Shopify 결제 제공자는 해당 결제 정보를 처리합니다. 배송·Hallyu4U 이동 신청 시 업무에 필요한 수령인 정보를 담당 업체·직원과 공유합니다. 일반 사이트의 Google Fonts 요청도 Google에 접속 정보를 전달할 수 있습니다. 법률상 정당한 요청이나 별도 동의가 필요한 제공에는 적용 법률에 따른 절차를 따릅니다.
05. 해외 처리
현재 포카볼트 서버는 싱가포르에 있으며 한국 운영 직원이 권한에 따라 접근합니다. 홍콩 법인과 위 제공자의 해외 시스템에서 필요한 정보가 처리될 수 있습니다. 실제 이용 기능에 따라 항목과 수신자가 달라집니다. 해외 처리·보관·권리 행사에 관한 문의는 고객지원으로 접수해 주세요. 적용 법률이 요구하는 별도 고지·동의 등 절차는 해당 처리에 적용됩니다.
06. 쿠키·브라우저 저장
보안 쿠키는 로그인 세션에 사용합니다. 브라우저 저장소에는 언어·장바구니·위시리스트·컬렉션 설정·체험 데이터·중복 요청 방지 식별값 등이 저장됩니다. 브라우저에서 삭제·차단할 수 있으나 로그인·저장 기능에 영향을 줄 수 있습니다. 이 방침이 선택적 광고 추적 동의를 대신하지는 않습니다.
07. 보관·보안·삭제
계정·보관 자산·거래 이행과 법정 기록 보존·정산·분쟁 처리에 필요한 기간 동안 관련 정보를 보관합니다. 목적이 끝나고 다른 적법한 보관 사유가 없는 정보는 삭제 또는 비식별 처리 대상으로 검토합니다. 법령상 필요한 거래 증빙은 탈퇴 요청과 별도로 보존될 수 있습니다. 접근 권한·안전한 통신 등 보호 조치를 사용하지만 완벽한 보안을 보장할 수는 없습니다.
08. 권리 행사와 방침 변경
열람·정정·삭제·처리 제한·동의 철회·탈퇴는 지원 이메일이나 전화로 요청할 수 있습니다. 본인 확인 후 적용 법률과 미완료 보관·거래 의무를 확인해 처리하고 제한 사유를 안내합니다. 아동·보호자의 정보 관련 요청도 같은 창구로 접수합니다. 관할 개인정보 감독기관에 불만을 제기할 법정 권리는 유지됩니다. 방침이 변경되면 이 페이지 날짜와 필요한 안내를 갱신합니다.

01. Responsible business and enquiries
Hallyusuperstore Limited is responsible for POCA VAULT’s data processing. CS Trading’s Korean support contact receives privacy enquiries. This notice applies to poca-vault.com. Separate Hallyusuperstore, sign-in and payment-provider services also have their own privacy notices.
02. Data collected and sources
Shopify sign-in supplies customer identifiers, email and authentication information. Depending on the feature, we handle display names, warehouse numbers, intake requests, card photos, inspection and custody records, listings and trade proposals; recipients, addresses, phone and Hallyu4U identification; and order, payment, refund, points and support records. Servers, browsers and hosting providers may process technical connection, error and security information. POCA does not directly collect and store your sign-in password, full payment-card number or security code.
03. Purposes and public information
Data supports account verification, owner matching, custody, listings, chosen payment/delivery/refund, duplicate-processing prevention, fraud handling and disputes. Missing required information may prevent a feature; public catalog and policy pages need no sign-in. Public seller information uses aliases, not warehouse numbers, real names, contact details or private intake photos.
04. Providers and disclosures
Shopify supports authentication, saved addresses and applicable Shopify orders; Fly.io hosts the application and data. Address suggestions or validation send search/address information to Google Maps Platform. The chosen Stripe, PayPal or Shopify checkout provider processes the payment information. Delivery or Hallyu4U requests share necessary recipient details with the staff and providers involved. Main-site Google Fonts requests can disclose connection information to Google. Legally valid disclosure requests or disclosures requiring separate consent follow applicable procedures.
05. International processing
The application server is currently in Singapore, with authorized operational access from Korea. Our Hong Kong entity and overseas provider systems may process necessary information. Data and recipients depend on the features used. Contact support about international processing, retention or your rights. Additional notices, consent or other procedures required by applicable law apply to the relevant processing.
06. Cookies and browser storage
Secure cookies support sign-in sessions. Browser storage holds language, cart, wishlist and collection preferences, demo data and identifiers preventing duplicate requests. You can clear or block storage in your browser; sign-in and saved features may be affected. This notice does not provide consent for optional advertising tracking.
07. Retention, security and deletion
Information is retained as needed for accounts, custody, transactions, statutory records, accounting and disputes. After its purpose ends with no other lawful retention reason, we review it for deletion or de-identification. Required transaction evidence may remain after account closure. Access restrictions and secure communications protect information; perfect security cannot be guaranteed.
08. Rights, complaints and changes
Request access, correction, deletion, restriction, consent withdrawal or closure by support email or telephone. After identity checks, we consider applicable law and outstanding custody/transaction obligations and explain restrictions. Children’s and guardians’ privacy requests can use the same contact. Statutory rights to complain to a competent privacy authority remain. Changes update this page’s date and any required notices.
