01. 카드는 먼저, 배송은 나중에
보관 구매는 카드값만 먼저 결제하고 실물 배송은 나중에 신청합니다. 검증된 구매 카드는 콜렉션 룸에 등록하며 원하는 카드를 묶어 배송 요청할 수 있습니다. 기존 한류슈퍼스토어와 별도 Shopify 일반 주문의 배송은 이 정책 때문에 변경되지 않습니다.
02. 실물 입고와 보관
외부 구매 카드는 고객번호를 포함해 직원이 안내한 입고 주소로 보내 주세요. 입고 신청만으로 검수가 끝나지 않으며 실물 수령·검수·소유자 확인 후 반영합니다. 회사 판매 카드는 사전 검수 완료 기준으로 정상 결제 후 등록합니다. 홍콩 등록·서신 주소로 입고·반품하지 마세요.
03. 내 주소 배송
콜렉션 룸에서 카드·수량·수령인·주소를 선택하면 직원이 국가·운송 가능 여부와 배송 방법·실제 견적을 확정합니다. 배송비 결제와 필요한 정보가 모두 확인되면 보통 3영업일 이내 포장·발송 처리합니다. 이는 도착 기한이 아닙니다.
04. Hallyu4U 창고 이동
본인 Hallyu4U 식별정보와 수령 창고를 확인하고 필요한 비용 결제 또는 무료 처리 확인 후 보통 2영업일 이내 이동을 처리합니다. 이 이동은 고객 주소로의 국제 배송이 아닙니다. 이후 국제 배송은 Hallyu4U의 별도 신청·요금·조건을 따르며 모든 창고 이동이 무료라는 뜻은 아닙니다.
05. 국가·배송 수단·요금
가능한 국가와 배송 수단은 운송사 지원·주소·포장 무게·직원 확인에 따라 달라집니다. FedEx·DHL·K-Packet·EMS·YunExpress 등은 실제 견적에 제공되는 경우에 선택합니다. 화면의 배송 설정은 참고용이며 직원 확정 견적과 결제 전 안내를 확인해 주세요. 일률적인 고정 요금이나 모든 국가 배송을 약속하지 않습니다.
06. 통관·지연·영업일
관세·수입세 포함 또는 선납 여부는 견적·결제 안내를 따릅니다. 포함됐다고 안내되지 않은 현지 비용은 적용 법률과 거래 조건에 따라 수령인 부담이 발생할 수 있습니다. 통관·운송 중단·주소 보완·휴일로 일정이 달라지면 가능한 정보를 안내합니다. 영업일은 한국 기준 주말·공휴일을 제외하며 운송사 도착 예상은 별도입니다.
07. 변경·반송·분실·파손
출고 전 주소나 창고 정보 변경은 즉시 고객지원으로 요청해 주세요. 가능 여부와 추가 비용은 처리 상태에 따라 안내합니다. 반송·미수령·분실·파손은 주문·배송 정보를 보내 주시면 운송 기록과 책임을 조사합니다. 재발송 비용은 사유와 법정 권리를 검토해 안내하며 위험을 고객에게 일괄 전가하지 않습니다. 반품은 취소·환불 정책에 따라 먼저 접수해 주세요.
Shipping & Storage Policy

01. Cards first, delivery later
Storage purchases pay for cards first and request physical delivery later. Verified purchases enter your collection room, where you can select cards for a combined delivery request. Ordinary Hallyusuperstore and separate Shopify orders retain their own shipping arrangements.
02. Physical intake and custody
Send externally purchased cards with your warehouse number to the intake address staff provide. A request is not completed inspection: physical receipt, inspection and owner matching are required. Company cards use the pre-inspected workflow after verified payment. Do not send intake or return parcels to the Hong Kong correspondence address.
03. Delivery to your address
Select cards, quantities, recipient and address. Staff confirm destination eligibility, shipping method and the actual quote. Packing and dispatch are normally processed within 3 business days after the delivery fee and required details are confirmed. This is not an arrival guarantee.
04. Hallyu4U warehouse transfer
After confirming your Hallyu4U identity, receiving warehouse and any fee payment or explicit waiver, transfer is normally processed within 2 business days. This is not international delivery to your address. Subsequent international shipment uses Hallyu4U’s separate request, charges and conditions; transfers are not universally free.
05. Destinations, methods and charges
Destinations and methods depend on carrier service, address, packed weight and staff confirmation. FedEx, DHL, K-Packet, EMS or YunExpress are available only when offered in the quote. Screen references do not replace the confirmed quote and pre-payment details. There is no universal flat fee or promise of service to every country.
06. Customs, delays and business days
The quote and checkout state whether duties/import taxes are included or prepaid. Local costs not stated as included may be payable by the recipient under applicable law and transaction terms. Customs, interruptions, address corrections and holidays can affect timing; we communicate available updates. Business days exclude Korean weekends/public holidays; carrier transit estimates are separate.
07. Changes, return-to-sender, loss and damage
Request address/warehouse changes immediately before dispatch; feasibility and any cost depend on processing status. For return-to-sender, non-delivery, loss or damage, send order/shipping details for investigation of records and responsibility. Reshipping costs depend on cause and statutory rights, without automatically assigning all risks to customers. Request returns first under the Refund Policy.
